We collect, normalise, and disclose the inputs that shape every comparison on the site.

How we collect prices

Prices are collected via Shopify's public product API, affiliate data feeds (AWIN, Rakuten), and the Amazon Product Advertising API.

Landed cost calculation

Landed cost = list price + estimated shipping + estimated import duty + destination VAT. Duty is calculated using HS commodity code 9608.30 (fountain pens). This is an estimate — verify at checkout.

Authorised dealer status

A retailer is marked "Authorised Dealer" when we have verified this directly with the manufacturer or through their official authorised dealer list.
